  I called Rona Kemptville to speak to someone in regards to leaf blowers and well as their STIHL products. The individual at costumer service was not able to help me, nor tell me what products they had in their inventory which I found odd. Regardless, I asked him to get me in touch with someone who could help me. He said they were busy, and he would get someone to call me back within the hour. He took down my name and number and ... You guessed it. No call back. I will be frequenting another home and building centre.
